Damages must be claimed within 48 hours upon delivery. Damaged merchandise must be in original packaging. Claims can be made to email@example.com.
The shipping fee is nonrefundable and the original receipt must accompany the return.
The order may be cancelled if not shipped, but if shipped it becomes a return.
