Claims and Damage Notification Policy

DHF Online is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with our products or services, we have put in place a claims and damage policy to ensure that any damages or losses are addressed promptly and fairly. Claims are to be submitted to within 48 hours of receipt. If you have any concerns or issues with a product or service provided by DHF Online, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to address your concerns at

How to File a Claim

We apologize if your items arrived damaged, defective, or wrong! Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, to initiate a claim. 

Whatever the situation may be, we will strive to do our best to resolve the issue. If additional help is needed please feel free to contact us at and we will respond as quickly as we can. 

Please include the following information in your claim:

  • Name of the specific item or items damaged
  • Description of the damaged product
  • An image of the items or items showing damage
  • An image of the interior and exterior packaging 
  • What the desired outcome for the claim is (i.e. repair replace, refund)

Our clients are responsible for noting damage on proof of delivery or missing items and notifying Donna’s Home Furnshings/ Please make sure that all items ordered in your cart were actually received. If you did not receive all of your items please let us know at so that we can perform further investigation. 

Please note that our claims and damage policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product. Our policy is also subject to change without prior notice. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
