Returns for items purchased from the online store must be within 14 days of purchase. You may return, exchange, or receive a refund. The return must be in new condition and in original packaging.
The shipping fee is nonrefundable and the original receipt must accompany the return.
The order may be cancelled if not shipped, but if shipped it becomes a return.

Orders are fulfilled as quick as possible, but some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. This processing time is in addition to shipping time of 3-4 weeks within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require 4-6 weeks. We will notify you if any additional fees apply. Delivery to U.S. territories and countries outside of the U.S. is not possible at this time. Orders shipped within Texas will be charged Sales Tax of 8.25%.
On rare occasion, a product listed on our website may no longer be available. In such an event, we'll refund your full purchase price within 3 business days.
